This course will focus on some of the key differences between Office 2003 and 2007 and the new Office 2010 in PowerPoint, Excel and Word to help older version Office users quickly move to the new platform. The user will learn how to use the Ribbon, navigating to accomplish tasks, viewing and using the new templates, custom layout options, using the designer-quality SmartArt graphics, Galleries, line previews, integration with other Office applications, old functions with new tricks, customizing the environment, table formatting in Excel, using named ranges in formulas, using sparkline charts, Word Quick parts, Building blocks and styles, creating charts and shapes in Word and PowerPoint.
