Each EthicsGame delivery package includes one(1) online Ethical Lens Inventory assessment tool and up to three(3) Ethics in Action! simulations. You determine which ethical simulations are best suited for your audience and how many are required to achieve the goals. The Ethical Lens Inventory and each of the simulations takes approximately two hours for the students to complete with time allowed for facilitated and group discussions. These online tools used in the appropriate combination provide an efficient and effective means to provide an in-depth ethics learning experience with minimal preparation time and cost.

Ethical Lens Inventory Description
The Ethical Lens Inventory is an online assessment that helps individuals to determine what their ethical lens is and to understand how others may view the same ethical dilemma from different perspectives. Based on the Ethical Lens model created by Dr. Catharyn A. Baird, the Ethical Lens Inventory identifies how a person prioritizes core values when making ethical decisions — whether they focus on end results, universal rights and duties, relationships in the community, or reputation and character. These four drivers, the ethical lenses, not only influence the decisions that we make, but also how we interact with others when faced with ethical challenges. By understanding our own biases and how to recognize the biases of others, it is easier to arrive at ethical conclusions without conflict. This assessment tool is an invaluable first step toward ethical awareness.

Simulation Descriptions
