This in-depth, 2-day session will present the fundamentals of ethics, an intensive presentation on the four ethical lenses and how to apply them, and how to administer and teach the Ethical Lens Inventory ™ and Ethics in Action!™ Simulations. Instructors who complete this train-the-trainer session may differentiate themselves in the market as Certified EthicsGame® Trainers.

During the first day of this course students will receive detailed instruction on "Ethics in a Post-Modern World," followed by discussions on the "Ethical Lens Inventory ," "Presenting the Strengths of the Ethical Lens Inventory ", and "Presenting the Shadow Side of the Ethical Lenses."

During the second day of the course a lecture on "Living from Principles – the Rights and Responsibility Lens" will be presented followed by discussions on Seeking "Happiness – the Results Lens", "Seeking Justice – the Relationship Lens", and "Embracing Virtue – the Reputation Lens".
